Action Deck

• Introduced DeckPackRecipe and DeckPackItem classes to handle the creation and usage of deck packs.
• Registered new recipe serializer for deck packs in ActionDeckRecipes.
• Added localization entries for deck packs in en_us.json.
• Updated card definitions to reference the new generic_gold_custom deck.
• Created new JSON files for deck definitions, including generic_gold_custom and gold_spades.
• Implemented rendering logic for deck packs in DeckPackItemRenderer.
• Added textures and models for deck packs.
• Updated crafting logic to allow players to create deck packs using specific crafting blocks.
