- Fixed plant and foliage rendering so leaves, kelp, and seagrass match Sodium much more closely
- Fixed fog flickering when Distant Horizons is installed
- Fixed a possible terrain memory cleanup crash when no valid region could be evicted
- Fixed async culling startup order so the culling thread no longer starts before its state is ready
- Cleaned up build and mixin metadata
