Attempted fix for a critical RNG-related issue introduced in Pre Release 4

Pre Release 4 contained a serious RNG handling problem that may affect ClientWorld behavior

In some cases, this could impact Structure Blocks, structure previews, or other world-related logic

Pre Release 5 changes the RNG proxy strategy to reduce the risk of world corruption

This fix is experimental and not yet fully verified

Improved HUD server information update behavior on Minecraft 1.21.1

Addresses abnormal update delays observed in previous builds

Fixed an issue where configuration files were not saved correctly in Pre Release 4
