A Couple of Canines

Coinciding with the release of 1.20.5, I've made a few spawn adjustments for consistency.

• Dusty Wolves should hopefully spawn a bit less now, it was too frequent prior.

• Fields Wolves now spawn less. I want these wolves to not be common, since I feel players should find wolves outside of plains first most of the time.

• Smoky Wolves spawn rate slightly increased, makes it consistent with Woods Wolf spawn rate.
