Tool Menu, Manifest Weapon, and Cloak keys are now all rebindable
- These will default to their former assignments: vanilla's Swap Hands, Attack, Pick Block, and Use keys

The vector-style renderer (config screen, suit) now uses shaders to implement a blur and phosphor effect, instead of halfheartedly faking it
Added Abandoned Golems, a hostile mob that spawn in the Wasteland that can be calmed by giving them an item
Cuprosteel circuitry is no longer WIP and has a brand new UI system
Fixed Spectrum ItemProvider compat (e.g. Bottomless Bundles with the Shifter)
Fixed negative Y coordinates causing Transfungus to place spores too high
Plastic potions now show the color of the potion they're based on
Lazors no longer destroy items
Fixed Wasteland structures generating on water
