[LEGACY] Drip Sounds (Forge)

Temporary workaround for #1 (lava drips crash in multiplayer if the server doesn't have the mod) In this version, the lava sizzle will just not play if it would crash.

This means that in this version, if you want the lava sizzle sound, the mod also needs to be on the server. This will hopefully be fixed in a later version.
