Enhanced Boss Bars

Hey! Sadly, we don't have a big update, I finished all Cataclysm boss bars and some Aether's but it's no longer compatible, so I removed Ignis from the resource pack and made some fixes:

• Fixed Frostmaw in newer versions
• Fixed some dead pixels
• Fixed Ferrous Wroughtnaut
• Adjusted image sizes

But don't worry, those mods aren't lost yet. I already making a mod from this resource pack that's almost finished, and those mods works (except Aether, which I haven't tried yet). I added some bar previews in the description if you wanna see :)
