• Updated embedded Immersive Storms version from 1.5.0 -> 1.6.1

Immersive Storms 1.6.0:

• Added a new Black Rain weather effect to Pale Gardens
  • This only affects Pale Gardens, and not other Dense Fog biomes
• Dark Forests, the Deep Dark, and other "Spooky" biomes are now affected by dense fog
• Strong wind from sandstorms and blizzards now plays slightly muffled when indoors
• Fog is now slightly less dense in most cases

Immersive Storms 1.6.1:

• Fixed rain particles from Particle Rain not being black when in the Pale Gardens
• Fixed rain not being black in the Pale Gardens with Subtle Effects
