Cooldowns are finally here!

This is the first release candidate, as TPA++ is beginning to become more stable and ready for release. The global cooldown has not been implemented yet, but you can now configure the cooldown for every TPA++ command. The Modrinth page is also back up too.

Note

I have fixed the version checker in this release. I may or may not continue developing TPA++ after this release, but I have included the version checker so you will be notified if I do decide to continue development. It only will notify you if there is a new release avaliable. Alternatively, you can manually trigger it by running /tpaplusplus version.
