Perfected Pet (Teleportation Overhauls)

• Major performance improvement:
  • Pets low load 1x1 of chunks instead of 3x3
  • Fixed an issue where unused marker doesn't get removed properly
• Added: Stationary/Wandering Happy Ghast flying mode in the Pet Menu
• Updated to 26.2
• The Pet Menu button has been added to the pause menu

Known Issue:

• The restrictions on whether or not happy ghast can be teleported (such as when there's a player standing on top of them) are unstable (only on this version)
• Allay can sometimes teleport inside a block when the player is underground (I'll have to completely redo the teleport mechanic)

Planned:

• A configuration to toggle individual features, including the teleport GUI, which mobs can be teleported to, and the special happy ghast feature
• Finishing the Pet Menu, including making the menu only show pets that you actually own
