Improved Charge now frees you from movement impairing effects instead of reducing cooldown
Improved Spirit Wolf now grants +10% maximum health instead of extra duration
Replaced "Spell Riposte" with "Presence of Mind", now a passive triggered by Blink or Evocation
Improved Blink now increases teleport distance instead of reducing cooldown
Replaced the "Presence of Mind" Blink modifier with "Slipstream" (reduces Blink cooldown)
Reworked Chain Detonation: now detonates on up to 4 targets, with larger radius and improved visuals
Fissile Magic and Arcane Radiance now roll their chance once per cast, instead of once per enemy hit
Fixed Crippling Missiles never stacking beyond 1
