Not Enough Animations

What's changed

• Updated libs to better filter out noise for error reporting
• New lantern holding animation for 1.21.11 only (for now)

Please provide feedback on the lantern logic. It should be fully compatible with resource pack changing the model or modded lanterns after adding them via the config screen. As usual, it can be turned off in the settings.
