Recoded the entire light system to pave the way for interesting stuff! To user, everything should work the same, so this build is here to let you test this! And report if something is broken on the bug tracker
Also added a new config option that allows you to increase the power level that you can set for a player using commands
WARNING! YOU SHOULD'T USE THIS IN PRODUCTION, USE THE EARLIER VERSION INSTEAD!
