Loot Table Minor Rework

• All loot tables are now consolidated into just the tiered tables.
• Boss-specific loot tables are now added to the raid pouch instead of given separately.
• Added cobblemonraiddens:raid_pouch_condition to specify loot conditions for raid feature, tier and type.

• Improved raid shard tooltip visibility and added a description.
• Fixed issue with raid den previews when playing with the Essential mod.
• Fixed issue with Cobblemon 1.7.1 compat on NeoForge.
• Fixed issue with leaving raids when lives is greater than 1.
• Added /crd forceclear command to automatically clear a raid (for admin testing and debugging purposes).
• Fixed issue with droppable raid dens.
• Fixed compat with Carpet mod (again).
• Fixed compat with Mega Showdown 1.6.9.
• More minor fixes and optimisations.
