This update does some very important refactors for the future, enables compatibility for older versions of the game, and generally should improve compatibility by further simplifying the logic.

Changes:

compatibility in more modded scenarios (now compatible with other mods that also change the menu blurriness radius or the menu background)
compatibility for older game versions (1.21.5 neoforge and 1.21.1 neoforge+fabric)
removed excluded screens from config, instead use force disabled screens
added a fade out animation for force disabled screens and a fade in animation for force enabled screens
