Overhauled raycasting backend. Trowel, chisel, and other items that use raycasts will now be far more accurate
Reworded the advancement descriptions to give insight into how the item works
Added a blacklist tag that will block any items added to it from being placed by chisels and trowels
Fixed an issue where the hardhat and miner's helmet would have a missing texture when placed on a shelf
