9999 stack sizes

Fixed more fabric.json stuff, set max stack size to be able to go to the integer limit, and figured out the minimum snapshot this mod works on. Use this version, not the other ones. Now works on april fools snapshot, too. This should be the final version. I will ONLY update it if it breaks or if I decide to add the ability to configure the max stack size & the default stack size. USE THE LATEST VERSION INSTEAD OF THIS ONE
