• Fixed a huge bug where tornadoes would generate their debris ring above the clouds instead of around their funnel
• Increased max debris particle count for tornadoes
• Implemented a more sophisticated system for scaling particles for performance based on config settings
• Fixed passive fire tornadoes picking up environmental colors instead of becoming red / orange
• Fixed passive fire tornadoes not using the correct path size
• Fixed debris particles not despawning after tornado death if stuck
