Changelog:
- Fixed player effects when the mod is installed on the server side. Now all players should get the buffs instead of only the last, who equipped the boots.
- Optimized boots' TickEvent to make the mod more lightweight for servers.
Requires Forge. Requires Architectury API v9.1.12 as a dependency.
