1.8 vs 1.9+ PvP

This data pack adds back 1.8 pvp while still keeping the option to stay in 1.9+ pvp. This lets you block with swords and changes saturation for each respective version. Players that have just joined are given an option to select their pvp version

Made it so 1.8 players can't use shields. Fixed a bug with multiplayer where items could disappear when trying to offhand them for 1.8 players. Actually fixed the natural regeneration bug for 1.8 players. Made it so spears function like on bedrock edition for 1.8 players.
