1.8 vs 1.9+ PvP

This data pack adds back 1.8 pvp while still keeping the option to stay in 1.9+ pvp. This lets you block with swords and changes saturation for each respective version. Players that have just joined are given an option to select their pvp version

Fixed bug where 1.8 players could get a test block on respawn. Made items update faster. 1.8 fishing rod added, but buggy. 1.8 players can craft enchanted golden apples, but not shields. Updated blocking to stay at roughly 50% damage reduction with armor points. Blocking now reduces knockback in the air like in 1.8.
