Changes: -Features no longer have random placements within chunks to minimize as much as possible setblock in distant chunk error spam. I recommend installing "Detected setBlock Be Gone" to completely remove these errors and improve performance
Fixes: -Penitents and Shank Prisoners not showing a texture -Dead Inside not showing a texture
