Changes: -Dark Steel tools now use item attributes -Mask Of The Harvester Of Damneds now blocks natural health regeneration -Plague Doctor armor now gives extra Scythe damage -New (Normal/Grim) Bone Crawler armor texture -Buffed Primordial Bone Crawler

Fixes: -Some mobs not being synced between server and client -Ichor Arrows and Spite Arrows not being able to be used with the vanilla bow/crossbow -Guns playing shooting sounds twice on servers -Voidborn not taking damage
