"Limitless" Banners - !"Limitless" Banners Version

A simple mod that removes the banner pattern limit. The new cap is at 16, or 2147483647 from 26.1+! You can configure the 26.1+ limit in limitless-banners.json.

This mod will work server-side without any effect on vanilla clients joining. Although if players want to take advantage of the mod they will need it on the client as well.
