Adds:
- Adds Setup "guides" - shows all things required for setup to creative/spectator mode conductors. Very minimal Fixes:
- Carpet is now a mandatory dependency
- Fixed terrain not rendering when games are started, bug with starting game via command. No clear workarounds other than one used.
- Removed duration of game, modded toggle from scoreboard configs.
