Changes:
- Waypoint Hub lore in menu now also shows the Head of the Owner next to the Name
- Players can now add a description to the lore of Waypoint Hubs shown in menus by left/right clicking a Waypoint Hub with a renamed Paper in their Mainhand
- Only owners of Waypoint hubs now get a message when someone teleported to their Waypoint. This message is now shown regardless of distance and contains the playername of the player teleported
- Waypoint Hub teleport messages now show the color of the Waypoint Hub name
