• Lowered the weight of all Scatterbug, Spewpa, and Vivillon spawns

• Sun Vivillon now become much more rare during the rain, mirroring how Monsoon Vivillon appear more often during it.

• Fixed Garden Scatterbug ground spawns spawning on trees

• Scatterbug no longer spawn near dead bushes

• Scatterbug now spawn near berry trees
