Village Ruins - 80% Abandoned Villages

• Fixed an issue that caused abandoned villages to generate less frequently than intended in taiga biomes.
• Made minor wording corrections to the license file.

Warning: Due to a known bug in Minecraft 1.16.5, using /locate Village may cause abandoned villages to generate without some or all of their buildings. This is a vanilla issue and is not caused by the datapack. It should not affect normal gameplay unless this command is used.
