Desert update part 1
What's new:
- Added structure "Desert temples"
- Added structure "Desert decor": cacti and dead trees
Fix:
- changed loot tables for shore fossils
- one of the shore fossil was generated incorrect
- shore decors and fossils are generated less frequently, but decor have chance generate chest and amount of suspicious block has been increased
