Feature:

• added settings to hide custom recipes (remove knowledge books in crafting hints)

Bugfixes:

• steel tools can be repaired in deepslate & nether forge
• white carpet block now drops when broken (previously dropped nothing)
• fixed pig iron crafting recipe (previously it could be crafted only once)
• fixed flint hatchet durability (previously used default wooden axe durability: 59)

Changes:

• renamed nether core to heart of the nether
• all copper tools now have 64 durability
• max XP scales slightly faster with experience
