- Most of the commands used in dialogs now don't require permission level, but commands that modify the data packs configuration still require level 2 permission.
Fixes:
- Fixed a case where vein-mined blocks do not reach the [Max Block] limit when animation is off.
- Fixed the removal of mining tool custom data.
- Slightly changed sneaking detection for [Safety Mode].
- Improved performance.
