TNT Timer
Adds a timer above tnt which displays the time until it explodes.

- the timer now shows one decimal to make it easier to tell when it will explode
- renamed scoreboards for better compatibility
- added an uninstall function (
/function tnt_timer:uninstall) - updated pack icon to match the new modrinth icon
- added NeoForge support
- fixed a bug which broke the timer in the nether and the end
