- in the config: renamed "no bossbar" to "bossbar"
- the boss will only display the bossbar to players that are 48 blocks near him
- the stray that is use for the hitbox/health has it's custom name changed when summoning the master variant
fixes
- fix cryo sigil not giving the player the item cooldown scoreboard, causing the item to not work at all
- fix summoning Master variant consuming all the Soul Ice Shard instead of just 1
