Datapack now works on the latest version of Minecraft

Buffed Harvester stats

Now, the Harvester won't drown Harvester will also move at the same speed in water and in cobwebs Can also step up 1 block, similar to horses

Tweaked Harvester's Scythe

Item now uses attribute modifiers instead of enchantments; lore has also been tweaked

Fixed speed boost bug

The player could sneak on crops and gain a permanent speed boost until they sneaked again

Jack-o-lanterns and regular pumpkins can now be used as heads for the scarecrow
