So uh 1.3 is in my project files and I guess I never released it and I don't remember what it adds but 1.4 has all of its features
Adds / Bug fixes
- a stand down feature so that when a sword has an enchantment it does not lose it but it can not block (use a grindstone if you want the sword blocking feature)
