This datapack adds a thirst bar, hydration and custom potions making the game more challenging

- Added water filtering. You can "cook" a water bottle in a campfire and get an awkward bottle in return
- You can also use the campfire to turn any potion to an awkward potion
- You can now drink milk and get hydrated by 4 bars
- When joining you have a 65% chance to be lactose intolerant (based off of google) and if you are when you drink milk you get poisoned for 15 seconds
- Changed message color for getting poisoned by water to red
