Adds new structures to try to fill the gaps left by Vanilla structures, and refreshes some existing ones.

- Abandoned villages now generate seperately from villages
- This allows you to /locate them seperately from normal villages
- Improved abandoned Plains villages templates
- Reintroduced increased village seperation because I somehow deleted it at some point
- Added minimum seperation between some structures
- Fixed one Surface Mineshaft template's loot not generating
