Stone Looter

RELEASE NOTES 1.1.0:

• set correct loot table parameters, these were testing ones (I had wrong version uploaded to modrinth... I corrected this now, sorry!)
• added support for other stone types (I didn't add blackstone bc had no more time today...)
• added support for silk touch (although only for chest and not for loot... blame minecraft datapack structure, couldn't do this in any other way)
• should work on newest snapshot (was not tested tho)
