Stone Looter

RELEASE NOTES 1.3.0:

• fixed epic not appearing
• added drops for cobblestone and netherrack (but weaker then stone)
• added diffrent chances depending on mined block (eg. deepslate > andesite > stone > netherrack)
• reworked advancements (now they work as they were initially intended)
• removed stackable custom item names (unstackables still have them, cuz I realized it was annoying as hell)
