A special build of starry skies 3.1.0 for 1.21.4 that runs completely serverside!
It has a few limitations:
- No Overworld<->Starry Skies portal
- No sphere location command
- A resource pack that has all the lang keys used in the advancements
- The skybox will ofc. not have a rainbow, since it's a render thing on the client
- The cloud height is fixed to vanillas hardcoded height of 192
