Minor Update that fixes a few things and adds a couple minor features

Additions

• Fallen Stars and Comets now emit a particle upwards to make them easier to find
• Enchantable Twlight Cloaks and Illuminant Crowns
• New statistic: Outlander Trades

Changes

• Reworked many numbers pertaining to falling star frequency and comet chances
• Adjusted Outlander Trades and shortened respawn timer
• Fixed Adored Painting lacking a frame
• Fixed Outlander not requesting a Comet Shard for a certain trade
• Updated Statistics and Credits Menu
• Vision Stone durability increased by 100%
