- added support of 1.21.4
- now rebirth function will run as a rebirthing dead player
- player won't be teleported to the totem on rebirth anymore

Note: the resourcepack is still optional, but if you updated your world to 1.21.4+ then totems that was crafted before will be shown with vanila texture
