Shulker Eggs are a semi-balanced way to transport mobs in survival mode!
You can throw Shulker Eggs at mobs to capture them, but every egg doesn't guarantee a capture! The more health a mob has, the greater a chance there is for the capture to fail! Deal more damage to increase your chances of successfully capturing a mob!

Configuration
The default chance you have of capturing a full-health mob can be configured by using the following command and entering a number between 0 and 100 (representing a percentage). The default value is 25, meaning full-health mobs have a 25% chance of being captured.
/scoreboard players set #default_capture_chance shulker_egg 25
