Just a little hotfix! Oh yeah, and with support for 1.21.11!

Additions

• Added support for 1.21.11

Changes

• The Glowing Graves and Glowing Head configs are no longer synced with graves.
  • This means that they are only applied to new graves and don't apply to existing graves anymore.
  • The reason this change was made is to improve performance (this feature was consuming the most amount of TPS, slowing the server down a lot).
• SGrave no longer supports versions 1.21 to 1.21.4.
