Added 3 new Magical Staffs.

Added 5 new Advancements.
Changes:

Witch Hat Of The Nether now also gives you a -50% fall damage multiplier & +3 safe fall distance.

Dynamic Horizontal Flying Speed of The Broom now starts at 200% instead of 100%.

Changed when and how advancements are granted.

Advancements now give way more XP.
Bug Fixes:

Fixed the Staff of the forest crafting (was missing many components).

Fixed some Witch Hats not having armor attribute modifiers.
