Revivalix
Adds a simple revival system where death is permanent until another player revives the deceased using a time-consuming recipe or other cruel methods.

Changes:
- The datapack now supports Minecraft versions 26.1 - 26.1.2
- Made pack format 48 the root for 1.21+ datapacks
- All custom item names and descriptions have been significantly simplified
- The action bar for the exclusion timer now displays how much time remains
- Removed lightning bolt sound and sonic boom particle upon death for a cleaner look
- Removed an unused function from the 1.21+ datapack
- The totem of resurrection texture is now 16x16 for a proper enchantment glint
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed item display not showing the totem of resurrection in some versions
- Fixed inconsistencies in the description of the totem of resurrection throughout the different Minecraft versions
- Fixed global sounds being unreliable
- Fixed exclusion timer sounds being only played for one specific player
The datapack now uses texturepack version 1.2
