Reverse Stonecutter

This datapack reverses the stonecutter recipes by utilizing (the under used blast furnace) along with the crafting table in order to reclaim the base materials. The blast furnace does the single item outputs and using fuel. The crafting table (shapeless crafting) is to reverse the multi item output recipes. (slabs, copper grates, copper stairs, etc.)

I added one exception, smooth stone converted to regular stone via the blast furnace.
