Patch Notes

added a system where you are put into spectator mode upon death and your team is changed, along with a death message (anonymous)

added a new "inround" scoreboard value that sets to 1 upon starting a round, and 0 upon finishing, this should allow custom killer and sinner implementation, along with more stuff
