VERY important Electric Terrain Fix (and Sleep)

VERY IMPORTANT BUG FIX UPDATE (again):
Fixed a bug in which using an Electric-type move in Electric Terrain crashed fights
So this was due to me forgetting to quadruple-check my code. The reason why this crashed was because it was checking to see if the 'target' had Heavy-Duty Boots... while the 'target' was undefined. It's properly fixed to where it checks if the attacker has Heavy Duty Boots. Which IS defined.
Sleep interaction fix
For moves that cause Sleep after they hit (such as Dire Claw), we fixed an issue where the Pokemon would immediately wake up after being put to sleep.
