Pillage the Village

Version 1.1 is still in works and will be released for upcoming Minecraft: Java Edition 1.19.4. Meanwhile here is another small patch to address some of the worst issues present in previous build.

Mobs:
-Grand Illusioner - fixed bugs
-Grand Illusioner - rebalanced some parts of the fight
-Grand Illusioner - added missing notifications
-Witch - is now omitted when checking for mobs in a certain scenario

Structures:
-Pillagers Town - changed searching radius for a certain scenario
